Enjoyed a romantic escape at a hotel near beautiful gardens and a wonder wheel, offering a blend of old and new attractions. Appreciated the helpful staff at the front office and lounge, who kindly upgraded our rooms.- Despite being a bit far from downtown, taxis and Didi were readily available for transportation.

Found the facilities to be a bit outdated, though maintenance was satisfactory. Walls were thin, allowing for noise from neighboring rooms.

Surrounding environment was excellent, peaceful and tranquil. Room was confortable. Sports facilities were good, but recommend putting couple of chairs in the tennis court.

The service at the front desk check-in (one male clerk in particular) was very rude. While I was told I can check out at 14:00 (in writing), I was told at the front desk that I must check out at 12:00, with no regard for patron's inconvenience. Unfitting for a five stars hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Suzhou. The location was perfect, right in front of the lake, with a beautiful boardwalk to take leisurely walks. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a view that took our breath away. The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool and garden, provided great relaxation opportunities.

The menu choices at the restaurant were limited, but the food was still enjoyable.

The hotel is close to Suzhou Jinji Lake and the room is bigger and luxury.It is best for family vacation with a child.

The beautiful and utterly uncrowded lake - it was really nice to walk outside and the air quality was stunning!

No huge dislikes - the staff seemed not quite right for the hotel, not always very well informed... but they were very nice and had a good attitude - perhaps they just need a bit more training in behaving like representatives of such a fine hotel
